Thru the Fog

This morning, there’s a slight fog in the atmosphere where I am in the world. Through the fog, the sun’s rays seem to be highlighted and magnified more than usual.

As we drove toward a patch of highlighted, soft fog filtering the warm rays, I exhaled slowly and whispered a silent prayer the Lord, “Surround and envelope me just like this with your presence!” It was a holy moment as I felt His gentle nudge reminding me that He is always near, I can just see Him easier today because of the fog.
