Oh my goodness! Live has been crazy lately; but here I am again.
Let's see. Since August, I've been sick twice, had a huge church anniversary to-do, we've added a third grand to our brood, I've been on school transportation duty, and a million other little things. Life just keeps travelin' on!
I've finally transferred my writing from my phone to my ancient, no longer efficient laptop. Yes, I need to get another one...all in time. It feels good to be able to type easier and not have to get it all onto a scrunched up iPhone. Progress! (Just a little insight into my writing world.)
So, fall has arrived. We've passed the 8th anniversary of our son's home going. I mention it because it's part of our lives - a big part. Another big part is our, now oldest son, is getting ready to make his entrance into his 30's. How did that happen??? His birthday dinner order is the usual, gumbo and cheesecake. I do so love doting on him, probably as much as he loves gumbo and cheesecake! Our daughter is doing her life, is in her final 20's year, and has made it onto the deans list and some other high-grade college clubs. And, life keeps travelin' on!
The weather is beautifully "fallish" and deer hunting season has begun. I've only been once, because deer don't enjoy standing around listening to coughing fits. It was beautiful to be outdoors with my guys though. We laughed until we cried, when I could no longer keep the coughing at bay, then packed up for the evening. Times together that we'll always cherish, because life keeps travelin' on.
The "babies" are growing like crazy - an all of them now have baby brothers to call their own. These little bundles of joy both arrived within 24 hours of one another! Who could've planned for thought up that!? Kyler is growing and such a good big brother. Claire and Maggie are great big sisters and helping their mommy out with baby "brudder", as Maggie calls him.
Meet Elijah "Eli" Grey...and his smitten "Big Sisters". Right now, Hims looks like his Daddy.

I hope you're enjoying your day and the beginning of Autumn. I've got a lot to get done today, so I must run. I hope you've enjoyed this little update from my world and that you enjoy your day and world around you too...because life keeps travelin' on.
Be blessed ~
Oh, an I just have to share a few more photos to share. Thanks for obliging me!
